Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DEATHWORLD. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item was purchased directly from the DEATHWORLD website.
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Items made to order or produced on demand (print-on-demand)
Customized or personalized items
Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style
Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)
Gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (including the print and garment)

Normal variations in print placement, color tones, fabric texture, or minor alignment differences that are inherent to the print-on-demand process do not qualify as defects.

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement item at no additional cost
A full refund to the original payment method

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

You will receive return instructions by email.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), or review the evidence provided for damaged or defective items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.**.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer:

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

9. Intellectual Property & Original Designs

All clothing designs sold by DEATHWORLD are original works and remain the exclusive intellectual property of DEATHWORLD.

Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or commercially exploit our designs. Any unauthorized use of our designs may result in legal action.
