This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with DEATHWORLD are produced, processed, and shipped. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Production
All DEATHWORLD products are made to order using third-party print-on-demand production partners.
This means:

Products are not pre-stocked.

Production begins only after an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Each item is printed and manufactured specifically for the customer.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, but may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, or unforeseen production delays.
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Shipping Process
After production is completed, your order is shipped directly from our print partner to you.
We do not handle, store, or ship products ourselves. Shipping is fulfilled by third-party carriers selected by our production partners.
Shipping times are estimates only and begin after production is complete, not from the date the order is placed.
Estimated shipping times vary based on destination:

Domestic orders: typically 5–12 business days

International orders: typically 7–25 business days
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed defective or incorrect items.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

5. International Shipping, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for additional charges incurred during import.
Shipping times vary by country and the shipping method selected. Typically: United States (US fulfillment): 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Canada: 5–10 business days. Europe: 7–14 business days. Asia & Oceania: 7–21 business days. Other international destinations: 10–25 business days.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us or our print partner due to:

Failed delivery attempts

Refusal of the package
We are not responsible for lost packages in these cases.
Reshipping may require additional shipping fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, DEATHWORLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package appears lost or excessively delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
We may assist with inquiries where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for carrier-related issues, unless required by law.
8. Partial Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the production partner and item type.
You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
